Governing Documents

As part of the new legislation in Florida that passed as of July 1, 2024, all homeowners must be provided a copy of the Association’s Governing Documents by October 1, 2024. The new statute provisions allow Associations to meet the requirement by posting a complete copy of the Association’s rules and covenants, or a direct link to them, on the homepage of the Association’s website (if one exists), provided the website is accessible to Association members.

To access these documents, please log into your homeowner portal, select the Documents tab, and the folder Governing Documents.
