| Quick FAQ's When are the assessment fees due? Maintenance fees are due by the 1st of the month. Who do I call if there is an emergency? Emergencies situations include fire, plumbing, roof leaks or weather-related damage. Contact our office at 954-889-4794. Leave a detailed message with your community name, phone number and extent of damage. A staff member will contact as soon as possible. How can I make a recommendation? | Online Payments To make your payments online, please select the Pay Assessments menu option. Processing fee applies for echeck payments. Processing fee for Credit Card payments are 3.5% of payment amount per transaction. Applications: For purchase, lease and/or additional occupant applications, please click here. Completed applications must be submitted to our corporate office located at: 13790 NW 4th St, Suite 102, Sunrise, FL 33325. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. |
