Parking in Cliff Lake Villas is monitored. All vehicles parked in the community must be registered as residents with a parking permit or with a guest pass.

If you are a Leaseholder (owner) you must have a parking permit for your vehicle. Only 1 (one) permit is permitted for 1 (one) assigned parking space per unit. No unit is permitted to have more than 1 (one) parking permit.
