All guests of Cliff Lake Villas must be registered with the association if staying for over 7 days. A guest is a friend or relative staying in your unit for less than 90 days where no remuneration is paid. The Leaseholder or Sublease holder must be with the guest. There must be at least one occupant in the unit that is at least 55 years of age at all times.
The community has very limited parking. Guest registration does not guarantee a parking space will be available for your guest. If your guest has a vehicle it can be registered for to 7 days and must park in your assigned numbered parking space or in a guest space (WEBSITE BELOW). If they will be staying longer than 7 days please notify management email clifflake@nextgenfla.com or call 954-524-9408. We may be able to extend the guest pass or provide further details on guest procedures.
If you are currently using your assigned numbered parking space and no guest spaces are available then you have 2 options. With the permission of a neighbor they may use their assigned numbered space that they are not using or they would need to find parking outside of the community.
