When are the assessment fees due?

Maintenance fees are due by the 1st of the month.

Who do I call if there is an emergency?

Emergencies situations include fire, plumbing, roof leaks or weather-related damage. Contact our office at 954-889-4794. Leave a detailed message with your community name, phone number and extent of damage. A staff member will contact as soon as possible.

How can I make a recommendation?

Email us at preservecoa@nextgenfla.com or click on the Contact Us link and submit the form.

Online Payments

To make your payments online, please select the "Pay Assessments" menu option. Processing fees will apply for Echeck payments & Credit Card payments.

Miscellaneous Items

Pool keys are available for purchase in your homeowner portal under the “Misc Items” tab. Please log into your account to access this feature.

Once your purchase is completed, the property manager will contact you to coordinate the pickup, depending on the type of item purchased.

Governing Documents

Copies of the Association’s rules and covenants are available online through your account. To access these documents, please log into your homeowner portal, select the “Documents” tab, and then select the folder “Governing Documents”.

Vehicle Registration

Vehicle registration is mandatory. Please click here if you are an owner, tenant or occupant.
If you need to register your guest's vehicle that will be parked on the property between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM (Monday - Sunday), please click here.

Proof of Insurance:

If you or your lender need proof of insurance coverage, please use the Current Certificate of Insurance Request Form. This form is available in your Documents Library and can be provided to any unit owner or lender who requires verification of the Association’s insurance coverage.

All completed certificate requests should be submitted to the Insurance Certificate Team at certdesk@ioausa.com for processing.
